No reception

We operate a Guesthouse in Polokwane. Lately everyone uses cellphones for communications and all other services related to banking, security, operational and a lot more. Unfortunately i do not have good reception since October2016 in my area.Possible duo to the upgrades done strengthening transmission signal to 4G.. my reception went from very good to zero as you reduced the signal footprint to strenghen the signal.Maybe your towers are underdesigned to host more equipment i do not know but something seriously are wrong. I have absolute no reception inside the Guesthouse and in times like this whenever i have a security problem i have to go outside my property to phone the SAPS or security company.Thats very risky indeed ! I can not do any business at all as i do not have any reception ! I am loosing bookings and income.Surely this is a breach of contract as well ? I phoned Vodacom customer services and it was one hell of a mission to get the massage across.I eventually got hold of a senior person who promissed me to send technicians to me as this is "strange" to them.Nothing happened. I phoned again and a lady quit senior as well promissed to act maybe install a booster or something.Nothing happened i phoned again she the admit that my complained are logged on the system and promissed action. After a couple of months Vodacom phoned and asked if i still have a problem and if the technician came to my propperty,i said not at all and that was the end. This issue is not resolved after ± a year now and i am loosing income and my security are at riskk. I joined a CPF group and bought a two way radio as well. Please Vodacom we supported you in the beginning we put you on the " map" we helped you increase your footprint...all i ask, is help us to get a decent reception for the more than R35,000.00/annum we spend on you VODACOM for more than 10-15 years actually since cellphone inception way back in the 90"s.Please sort out this issue Vodacom.

Since Vodacom phoned me on 4 Sept 2017 that was the last reaction from Vodacom.I am so disappointed in Vodacom after so many years of supporting them. No one visited the site and no one gave me any feedback at all on this issue. No response and no improvement were made to there signal at all.I am frustrated with the signal quality ! Every one that phones me ,i have to phone back twice & more duo to bad reception and calls that just drop. When i phone the cost is on me. If i do phone i have to make several calls on my expenses. I do not want or need "free minutes" i want service The bad thing about this situation is that i have to search an aeria in my garden where there is sufficient reception. That is extremely uncumfortable and dangerous at night. I am running a guesthouse and it damaging to my bussines and to my clients as even they can not phone or work duo to bad reception. I am in town actually 2 KM's from the CBD and Vodacom headoffice !It should not be so bad at all.I am on the edge of a very bad signal. This is worst situation in 15+ years and it started in ±Oktober 2016 after some "upgrading" were done. Why do you Vodacom always phone and promis to send a contractor or technician but in fact nothing happens .Why must i pay for n device to strengthen the signal when i am in range of several towers ! Why do you just ignore the very same people who made Vodacom strong to waste money on ads en sponsering every Tom **** & Harry without investing in propper signal strength and towers ? Are your towers under designed for equipment or is becoming just another failing system... Please give this complain serious attention ! I have one more option and that is to complain at the National consumer councill. Tereafter i might take it to social media as this situation is unbearable now.
