NO RECEIPT OF MAILS BUT DATA WILL BE DEPLETED

Logged a query on 14 June 2021. Cannot receive any emails - can only send. Service reference number ***. On 20 June I got an sms to say that it has been attended to. On 21 June I reported the same error again because it was NOT resolved and I am STILL NOT receiving any emails from my ****le ***. New reference number ***. Today is the 29th and still no feedback and I can still NOT receive any emails. My data will be expiring tomorrow and I cannot download movies - so will I loose this because Vodacom is not assisting?
