No protection from ill manered staff member after complaint has been raised

My sister ( Refilwe Ramaphakela ) is being harassed by a Vodacom employee who constantly calls her from work just to terrorize her. The harassment comes from Louisa from The Grove Branch in Pretoria. This young woman has been calling my sister to threaten her and swear at her. We tried to lay a complaint with the customer service and they told us that they can't do a thing about this but to rather contact the branch itself and speak to the shop manager. The problem is we can never get through to the Shop Manager because either Louisa answers the phone , or it rings without an answer or another lady answers but then instead of putting us through to the shop manager they rather hang up.

We are voiding going to the shop because we don't want any confrontation with Louisa or other staff members.

Louisa had the audacity to tell my sister that she has access of all her phone records. and that she can check who she has been talking to, when and or how long. Only God know what else she is checking. Talk about abusing the power of her position.

Clearly this means that Vodacom customers are not protected from the abuse from some of their employees. Especially because Louisa does all this harassment during working hours from the Vodacom shop using Vodacom facilities and she calls from different Vodacom numbers making it difficult to ignore her calls. This is causing a lot of emotional stress to my sister because now she is getting calls from other employees asking her to stop calling for the shop manager simply because Louisa might get fired. However when Louisa calls and is being disrespectful and abusive towards my sister no body else seems to be concerned.

What kind of company would condone such a behavior from their employees and tells us they can't do a thing about it. Surely there has to be policies in place for such grievances , policies to protect their own customers. How can we trust such a company?????

My sister has always been with Vodacom ever since she had a phone. This has been the worst experience ever, perhaps its time to swap to a service provider who will care enough.
