No proof of purchase or any record of purchase from VODACOM

So I bought a Samsung 55' tv from Vodacom in 2019 - Black friday, the tv was delivered to me by RTT with no proof of purchase, just a delivery note. So now the TV is giving me problems and Vodacom has no record of the purchase I made with them. I have been calling a 100 times requesting assistance with this and nothing, absolutely nothing. The tv is currently still under warranty, however Samsung does not want to assist without a proof of purchase, even though their system indicates that the TV should still be covered. What to do...? One thing is for sure I will not buy another item from Vodacom again...

And not even a call from Vodacom as yet, I have escalated the problem 3 times, called more than 10 times and my tv is just about out of its warranty...thanks vo0dacom for selling me a tv that you now claim you have no record of. Wonder why RTT delivered a tv set to me with a voedacom delivery note if I never bought it from you. Will never buy anything online with vodacom again, never. Purhaps time to change service provider as well.
