No proof

I took out a deal through Vodacom with a tablet and a 24 x 1GB DATA PLAN, only to find out that the usage does not stop at 1GB. I immediately called Vodacom asking them for the recording and terms and conditions that I accepted (online) specific to that deal. I have been waiting for 2 and a half months for feedback and now they have suspended my main line which is not even the number in dispute! Keep telling me its \system generated". i have been made promises on the fb page that someone will come back to me immediately but nothing. My phone has been permanently suspended since Saturday and when you call them the case is \""pending\"". All i have asked for is proof of where i was made aware of this being an \""open line\"" and no one can provide it. They keep telling me my data usage is correct which is not what i queried! I have never dealt with more *********** and rude people in my life! """
