No Power To Me! Does anybody care about customers?

Could someone please call me with an intention of sorting our my query. It is Not a data query! I asked for a top up package and the person who facilitated me when taking out a contract did not give me what I asked for. I have wasted hours on the phone with call centre staff who don't understand and even drove out to Vodaworld in Midrand, thinking I will get more luck, but it seems that Vodacom are only trying to frustrate me and cause more suffering. There is absolutely NO POWER TO ME! A reduction in an amount that I am not liable for in the first place doesn't solve my problem...? Is there anyone at Vodacom who cares about customers...?<br> You cannot hold customers liable for your staffs mistakes!
