no phone signal or 4G internet for months in Welgemoed area

This is the 4th time I am complaining about this issue, because nothing is done to resolve it. I recently moved house and I live on the border of Welgemoed and Protea Valley, the Vodacom signal when making or receiving phone calls are non existent most of the time. Sometimes I literally move less than a 1m in the house then the signal drops. People cannot get a hold of me, missed call sms message only come through hours later if at all, the 4G internet on the phone is also basically not working and I also have to separate 4G bundles on 2 ipads, I basically cannot use these either, these were recently renewed, had I knew upfront about the issue I would not have bothered. I am considering moving to MTN.
