No phone for 4 months and still waiting

I am still waiting for response from the Vodacom Websites Team as promised. 6 days and counting. And I still do not have a phone that I am paying for monthly or is this a case for Consumer Tribunal? I should know if no one at vodacom can help me. <br> Instead of getting my feedback and phone back, i get calls fro vodacom offering me more contracts... Like really?
