No phone cover for Vodafone Smart Grand 6

I bought a Vodafone Smart Grand 6 (model: VF696) from Game on Saturday and was told by the saleslady that they don't have the covers in stock yet. Yesterday I went to 6 different shops, including a Voda4U and Vodacom shop, to buy a cover and was told that they don't sell those covers. Why would Vodacom launch a product if they can't supply the accessories for it? I know its not a R 10,000 phone but I would still like to protect the screen and cover like any normal person would!
