No payments received by vodacom

Once again the service of Vodacom is useless. My account is be handy over to 3 debt councillors. The problem is now that the payments that I made is not been paid over to Vodacom by HP attorneys or Noble attorneys. On Friday last week my account is been given over to debt collector NR 3. I sent through on 2 actions the money that is been taken in by HP attorneys on their letterhead that the money is been paid and confirm by HP attorneys.

The problem is that it is not paid over to Vodacom.. The comments that have been made to me in this time that I am queuing this is 1. I must stop making arrangements to the lawyers that I am not adhering to.

After all the actions that is be taken from my side nothing is better done to get this sorted out

The problem is been given back to me every time to sort it out.

I even asked that the CEO must contact me. Nothing is better done

I don't want a settlement amount on the account as it was been given to me before. I want the money that should be paid over to Vodacom to reflect on the Vodacom account

Some of this money that is not paid over is so far behind as October 2025.

It seems that it is very difficult to understand that Vodacom put me in a very difficult situation. All my arrangements to hp is been paid until the 31 July 2026. All the documents is be forward to Vodacom no 2 times.
