No parts for verssed Platinum

I bought a Versed Platinum phone at Edgars Clear Water Mall about a few months ago and the screen just cracked out of the blue. Since then I have been to every repair shop I can think of but no one seems to have the parts. Why would you sell these phones knowing that after sales support are non existent?? I am highly disapointed with this product and do not understand how a phone can be in the market but cannot be repaired, am I now expected to purchase another phone? <br> <br>
