No PAid up letter received
I have been struggling to get the paid up letter , they just closed my case without any feed back. Unfortunately I took another contract with them , now it’s looks like m paying for 2 contracts , the other one is paid up . Poor service , worse they close the case without consulting me. M tired of calling them .
