No other response from Vodacom

I purchased a new contract through Vodacom and got a new phone. Within a week I found an issue that the phone intermittently disconnected while using my car bluetooth. I called the call centre who asked me to reset the phone. I did this, then downloaded all apps again at my own cost which fixed the issue for a week. I then called in again and was asked to upgrade the software on my car. I did this at my own cost, which proved to be unnecessary. I was then told by Vodacom to take the phone into Huawei as it was a known fault on the phone. I accepted this, and it solved the issue for about two/three weeks. I now have a phone which I cannot use with my bluetooth, which means that I cannot use my phone while driving and Vodacom is not prepared to assist me. I was told that I just need to book the phone in. I was sold a phone with a known fault and nobody informed me of this, and I picked up an issue within the first week, I do not know what the way forward is, and cannot get through to anyone who can assist if I cann the call centre

Faheed from Vodacom called me last week and advised that I book the phone in. I mentioned to him that I have previously booked the phone to Hauwei(As per Voadcom's Advice), theey mentioned that it was fixed, but it is a know issue on most Hauwei P8 Lite phones. I was informed by Faheed that I need to rebook the phone into Vodacom. I asked if I would have to repeatedly book the phone in, if it continued to give issues and he mentioned that that was unfortunately the process and there was nothing he could do.
When I asked about why I was not imformed about this when I upgraded, his exact words were, "Well you know how sales people are, I can't speak for them", those were the exact words of Faheed, speaking about his own company., It is for this reason, my rating remains unchanged.
