No one wants to help & resolve problem

Good Day<br> For months and months and months I have been calling Vodacom and reporting my problem. <br> My problem is not being resolved and the vodacom technical staff keep pushing the problem back into my court.<br> I am getting absolutely no resolution form Vodacom and no one seems to care that I have a major problem.<br> I am paying Vodacom monthly for a contracted service and there is a problem with the service provided by Vodacom and I keep reporting this problem and no one seems to want to help me or resolve this problem!!<br> Vodacom should be ashamed at how badly they are treating me and at the total lack of resolution.<br> <br> I constantly have people/Companies trying to call my cell number and they get a \number does not exist"error and are unable to get through to me.
