No one likes using Tobi, let me talk to a human.
I just want to talk to someone about my account, my credit report says that I have an arrears amount, even though my debit order goes off every month. So I sent an email to ***, since that is the email address that I usually send a request to. I just get a default reply to use the chatbot. I use the chatbot, but it does not work at all, it is very frustrating and you can't get anything done.
Then I requested a callback from an agent, and that never came through. Requested another callback, still nothing. Then I called 082135, and went through all of the options, and it told me to drop the call and Tobi will send me an SMS. When you reply to the SMS, it keeps saying you selected the wrong option.
Why are you making it so difficult to just talk to a human? Please have the decency to provide the clients who are paying you every month, with some service from humans in your service department. No one likes using automated chatbots, everyone is frustrated by this. I understand that you are trying to automate and adapt to the future, but all that you are doing at the moment is frustrating your clients.
I just want to talk to a human in the accounts department, this whole thing could have been resolved with a phonecall of 5 minutes, but now I am struggling for 2 days to get in contact with someone.
Go and read through the reviews on here and mybroadband and you will see that everyone is frustrated with this feature, not just me.
Please make changes or you will lose a lot of clients. My colleague sitting next to me had an issue with his MTN account, he called them, got put through to accounts department, and had his issue resolved in a couple of minutes.

Talking to a human can get the issue resolved much easier than trying to work through a bot that doesn't understand you.
