no one knows of consultant who sends email to me-

After listing a complaint on helopeter I finally got some response and help from Vodacom BUT since the 29/09/2015 I have been unable to speak to a Theo Stander to finalise the credit Vodacom have promised. I call no one knows him, I email and then get emails saying they are waiting for my response. I am told to try another email, still nothing, another call still no one knows of him. Please help I really can't spend more money chasing a credit. There is something very inefficient in Vodacom's communication system proved by no response to emails and that no one knows of the contact. HELP<br>
