No one knows if my account still exists or not

Can't recharge my phone from overseas - was told when I purchased the sim that there was a known issue that should be resolved in 1 to 2 weeks, it's now an ongoing issue for 7 months! Have managed to recharge via banking or asking friends in SA to recharge me. For a while it worked but then could only send/receive texts, couldn't call. Couldn't call +2782 135 even though I seem to be registered. Friends have gone into Vodacom shops multiple times - first told I've been cutoff as I hadn't recharged for too long (not my fault), then when she returned showing proof of multiple recharges they said oh yes my number still exists & gave some useless suggestions on settings for the phone that could be causing an issue, no change. couldn't explain why I could text but not call. Now seems I've been disconnected, says not registered on network even though I've recharged in the last month. Wasting time and money for myself and multiple friends as multiple staff seem to lack knowledge to resolve the issue and as I cannot call the helpline +2782 135, from my Vodacom number, I cannot speak with someone myself. Have provided the Vodacom number having an issue, and my international number below (in the additional section so it's private) so that hopefully someone who knows what's going on can help me resolve this, as I won't be back in the country for several months. I can't login to MyVodacom now because can't get the OTP and will have the same issue with my banking so this is now urgent.
