No one knows - but its advertised??

Highly disappointed in Vodacom Business!

Apparently no one knows anything about a service advertised on their site!?

Emailing the address they provide as contact also has no effect what so ever as I've been waiting for a response for over a week already.

I've been trying to get hold of anyone who can assist me with the Enterprise mobility service or even a reseller ID for apple devices, but no one has a clue what I'm talking about.

If I get a response at all, it's just to be told to contact the next department over or that "we don't Know"

Is this false advertising then? Below link shows the required service and contact address so how i it possible that no one knows what this is?
