No-one knows anything at Vodacom yet its their product
Dear Vodacom I purchased a TV that was on promotion on Vodacom online on the 8 March 2021. Eversince, I have been trying to get hold of Vodacom to insure the TV dialing the number *** I am told by the consultant that *** does not insure TV but its their product and they transfer me to another unit where they can assist but I DO NOT GET THROUGH ALWAYS the phone gets hang up and they do not get back to customers. This service is extremely BAD and frustrating
