No one is working at the cancellation department

<p>Good day</p> <p>I have calling the Cancellation department from the 1st of December different time and no one pick up but when I call customer care line I dont even wait 2 minutes even account department but they tell me they can't assist me in this matter. Why is there so poor service at cancellation department and it is frustrating to call everytime and from the experience I have no doubt to cancel my contract</p>
