No one can give me answers!!

Good day<br> <br> I called this morning with regards to an amount of R1600 going off from my account. I wanted answers. Why was it so much when my estimate usage was 1.25Gig and I have a 1Gig contract. The lady said that Vodacom charges out of bundle rates at R2 per MB. Okay, I get that. That means 2*250 =R500. Take that R500 + my installment of +-R350 and that gives you R850.<br> <br> The lady sent me an invoice, but when I looked on MY account on my laptop, my usage and her usage completely differed. The I hear I have to pay R22 for a detailed invoice! I have to pay to know what I'm paying for!!!<br> <br> I want to cancel this contract as I feel that I'm dealing with *********** people who can't give me an answer as to why they charge the way they charge!<br> <br> I am so done with Vodacom.
