No notifications that data is depleted

I regularly buy 1GB and 2GB data bundles for myself. Usually, when I have a small amount of data remaining, I get a sms notification. When my data is depleted, I get another sms notification. This allows me to purchase more data before I get charged out-of-bundle rates.

However, today while trying to access social media on my phone, I was unable to connect. When checking my balances, I discovered that not only was my data depleted, but I had zero airtime remaining. I was not notified that my data was running low, nor was I notified that it had been depleted. Thus, I was charged out-of-bundle rates without knowing that I had run out of data. This ended up depleting my airtime of over R100.

This is not the first time that this is happening to me. This has happened to me on more than one occasion, and I am tired of it. Not only do we pay exorbitant prices for data, but data runs out way too quickly. This is unacceptable and I am very unhappy about it.
