No Notification on Data Use

On several occasions i have been hit with the surprise of out of bundle data rates on my 4G LTE Router. There is no notification of your data usage for the router. On my previous 3G Router i got notification to my primary cell phone number of what data is available on my router. I have taken this up with VODACOM on more than one occasion but still they do not respond with a solution.
