No new line no call backs

Mr Shafiek was suppos3d to phone me back in 15 minutes which became morw than hours. After a that i decided to ratger go to vodacom to get new line that onlibe department. What a load of nonsense! Supposed to be a quicker service yet it takes longer!!!
