No netwrok coverage

In 2017 I went to the local vodacom shop to report poor network signal. The reply was 'they are aware'. A year later I logged a complaint on the vodacom site and even got a long explanation back that extra towrers were in process for the area and just waiting municipal approval. In the interim the situation has deteriorated to such an extent that now we do not even get phone call signal, never mind pathetic data signal. The previous time I also raised the issue to vodacom the 'agent' tried to smear a new sim card off on me that would "solve all these problems". This is pathetic service - no one in this area can even phone or receive phone calls most of the day.
