No network since Monday

I have a crus problem with vodacom network since Monday in my area most people don't have vodacom network but other networks like MTN and cell C and even Telkom are working fine.I know the first excuse I will get will be loadshedding but the last tym my area was affected by loadshedding was lastweek Friday.Can vodacom please fix this problem in Soweto area in dobsonville and snake park.we are busy applying for jobs but cos of this network problem we get miss calls and voice notes of companies inviting me for interview.stop using loadshedding as an excuse when we know that the issue is your network.
