NO NETWORK NO DATA
Vodaalweercom, hoeveel reviews moet ek nou nog plaas voor iemand wakker skrik daar? Elke keer is die reply presies dieselfde, en elke keer reply ek NO PHONE CALLS DURING WORKING HOURS, my phone is at home, no use I bring a useless phone with me!! Month after month I ask them to put me PLEASE back to my PREVIOUS CONTRACT, as the lady who assist me during my upgrade in July 2019 made a HUMAN ERROR. The debit order went off on the 15th, but I received data only 1st Feb, I ONLY SWITCH MY DATA ON, WHEN I READ WHATSAPP, AND REPLY SOME OF MY MESSAGES - since Thursday NO NETWORK, therefore no data was use, yesterday I received a sms that I had only 500mb data is off, this morning another sms, I had only 100mb - why? WITH NO NETWORK I can not use any data, the data is off for hours, even days. I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE ONBUDSMAN, as I had it with this bad service!!

19 Feb 2020, 10:58I believe my next statement will be less than R707 as this is ridiculous to use 1 data, and after a week I received an sms dat my data bundle expire date, why? I switch my data off, phone at home, so trust that I will be back to my previous contract.
