No network for the long weekend

Hi, I have a bad experience with vodacom every weekend my fiber is out of service. This long weekend I haven't had a fiber till today, when I call I was told there is an outage in our area but restored to my surprise my fiber is still out. I am using network for my TVs, phones etc. I can't wait for the contract to expire
