No network for a week

I have not had network in my house for officially a week. I logged a call on Monday 28th April @14:32 with the reference SR***. I was told that it takes 48-72hours hours to resolve my issue. 72hours passed, i called and they said a ticket has been assigned to a field technician, field technician is supposed to call, give me updates, set up an appointment to come to my house. Nobody has called to give me any update whatsoever, to make sure that i am at my house to sort out my issue. I have called Vodacom 8times in the last week. All of the call center agents have told me that it is marked as urgent, it has been escalated and someone will call me with feedback. Nobody can tell me who its been escalated too, nobody can give me a name of who the technician that's been assigned to help me is. Everyone says they don't have access to back office and doesn't know who back office is. All of my calls have been recorded. I want the names of all the call centre agents i dealt with, i want to know who they escalated too, i want to know why the people that they escalated too did not fix my situation. I want to know who is back office and who the technician that was assigned to my ticket is. I want refund for my calls, i want a refund for the 8 days of down time that i have had. I want compensation for the distress and inconvenience i have been caused. your fibre back office is a ghost because nobody has answers. I have never changed service providers, I have 3 contracts with Vodacom, I have been a client for 20years with uninterrupted payments only to be treated poorly.

No No Vodacom. You are only addressing one concern i have - down time for my fibre.

I said: I want the names of all the call centre agents i dealt with, i want to know who they escalated too, i want to know why the people that they escalated too did not fix my situation. I want to know who is back office and who the technician that was assigned to my ticket is - BECAUSE THEY ****. I want refund for my calls. I want compensation for the distress and inconvenience i have been caused. This was time wasted, you cant just dismiss me with compensation for down time. I dont ever want to go through this again with you.
