No network coverage in the area

I moved to Dawn park ext. 42 in Ekurhuleni in November 2013 and realised that there are two Vodacom towers, however the location where we are situated is low laying area and can not be reached by signals. I then contacted Vodacom in 2016 to assist which they promised to attend to it. I am writing because they have not yet attended to our problem here. this problem is so serious that I have to drive to a place where the coverage is better in order to make a call or use internet. I even bought another phone with a different network (Cell C), so that family and friends can get hold of me in case of emergency.
