No network coverage / exploitation

I have a data contracts with Vodacom, since 2015 renewed for the third term in 2019. In the last ten months since November 2019, Vodacom suddenly have little or no network coverage in my area. I have logged several complaints and countless calls as well as personal visits to costumer walking center at Eastgate since January 2020 to no avail. On 4 May2020 I was advised to escalate to C E O complaints @vodacom. Co.za. This was the only time in five months , they responded. Some one was sent to investigate the problem, who confirmed few days later that they erroneously loaded another area in same tower or mass as ours. He promised coming again in few days to see if the network problem we are encountering was resolved, and he never did since May. After much frustrations I stopped using the service in May 2020, and also stopped paying until the problem is resolved. I further logged another complaint two weeks ago, because the fiber department advised me to contact account department in order to complete my fiber contract. Instead of resolving the problem, Vodacom handed me over to attorneys with inflated amount with R2500 if I had used the services.

I made about five attempts and contacts with account department since May to register a dispute to no avail, when I was informed that my account was R780 in arrears in June. They requested I send the two communications with C E O, department which I did no one came back to me to date. I can not believe that Vodacom could corporately attempt to de***** a loyal customer and be comfortable with such ********* behaviour. I would appreciate your intervention. I am prepared to continue with the remaining term of the contract provided it is pended till the problem is resolved as can not be pay for service. I have been ********** from November 2019 to April 2020 paying for no service. When I requested a cancellation in May my account was up to date. Thank you
