No Network Coverage

Good Day

I don't want to sound like a bitter client/customer but can Vodacom prioritise the issue that I am having with Network Coverage in Thokoza.

I have been having problems with network coverage for some time now but it was as bad as it is now. On the 21st of August 2017 I called into the Vodacom Call Centre and spoke to a very professional and pleasant call centre agent who tried to assist me to the best of her ability. She then told me that she has logged my concern and someone will contact me. Within 24 hours someone had contacted me to find out exactly what was wrong, I then explained to the lady that whenever I am home in Thokoza I don't have network coverage, my phone goes into 'Emergency Calls' mode and I will not be able to make and receive any calls or send messages. She then also said that she will escalate my concern to the technical team who will then call me. No one called me until the 31st of August 2017 when I called in to find out how far were they with my query, the lady said that I have to give them 14 working days to look into the matter before assisting me. Please bear in mind that I am a woman who has recently moved to Thokoza, with no friends or relatives in the area in case of emergencies, which I also brought to the call centre agents attention band she said that I must dial 112 in case of emergency as that number does not need network coverage. Come Saturday the 2nd of September 2017, my car wouldn't start and had to call the AA for assistance. With my no network coverage problem, I couldn't call so I tried the '112' number and it still didn't work, instead it said,' not registered on network'. I had to walk for about 2km to at night around 07:30pm by myself to get network coverage to call the AA.

Can I please get some assistance regarding this. URGENTLY!

Kind Regards Nthabiseng Nhlapo **********
