No network connection

i got a new phone Oppo on the 01 September 2021 on contract through vodacom. I used the month and in the second month i started experiencing challenges with the phone and thought maybe is just network in my area but it got worse and decided to go to Vodacom Wonderboom Junction in pretoria where i got the phone for help. My phone lose network/internet for close to 15 minutes and at most 30 minutes, my calls get cut, when someone calls me i cant hear them well or they cant hear me well. I went and reported the matter and at first i was advised to do a sim swap which i did but still not help, went back again and they said they reconfigured my setting but still no change, i went again for the third time and still played around with setting and no luck still. AT this point i was now communicating with a representative from Oppo whom then suggested we book the phone in. Now am told it will take 30 days for them to fix the phone. I feel the service is terrible and unreasonable to expect one not to have a phone for a month. Worse this phone is being paid by my employer, its more than just a phone but a working tool. Just yesterday i missed a very important meeting because network failed me again. I really need interaction on this matter urgently. My alternative number is ***

That suggestion is something that should be standard if ur turnaround time for repair is 30 days because I don't know how think that is reasonable for one not to have a phone. Am still very disappointed in ur response I don't see how it will help me get my phone sooner

This is the worst I have experienced with Vodacom. After my phone was taken for repairs they then decided to give me a new phone and when I asked in the store what fault did they find on the phone the guys at the stores said they don't know as it's a different department.I then had to buy another expensive glass protector as my original phone is now gone. Now am experiencing the same issue I had with the previous phone so I went back to store today and I was told they need the box for them to take it to ARC and once the process is done I can get a voucher to purchase another phone.Any brand of my choice but then my issue is this process will take up to 14 days. Its really a struggle to leave without a phone as it's also a working gadget.Again within this period I bought two glass protector worth R750 and really unfair for me to just lose money like that. Can Vodacom consider giving me a free glass protector this time around and also a quicker turn around time for me to get a new phone.
