No network and useless customer service

We have had little to no Vodacom network coverage in our area for a week now. Despite many many residents reporting and trying to report, we remain without network. It’s affecting business as we are often unable to take card payments due to poor connectivity. We are unable to make or receive calls, what little calls we do manage get dropped halfway through as the connection is on and off. I’ve reported twice and both times I’ve received no reference number and no resolution and no call back. Vodacom you are useless and losing customers by the hour in our village.
