No network and poor customer service

I tried several times to log unavailable network coverage online but the request does not go through i have never been contacted this has been going on for a month now. there is no network coverage at lagos street, windmill park. can't even call vodacom because the simcard never has coverage. this is frustating because we cant even bank online as otp can't get in. Vodacom is a nonsense network provider.
