I signed a contract with Vodacom on Wednesday 24th January and despite their claims of access to network within 24 hours, I am still waiting. I have visited Cellucity (the retailer) in Somerset Mall, however, despite their calls to Vodacom, they are unable to rectify the problem. Seems my "status" with Vodacom is "open" (whatever that means?). I love the phone, but not the provider, which doesn't provide at all! Assume I need to excercise my rights as a consumer to cancel the contract? No point in looking at a great phone with no access! Absolutely rotten service all round and just another hassle, which I didn't need!
