No More Warning SMS

I have over the past couple of weeks I have lost a lot airtime to Vodacom. This is not case of airtime disappearing. It used to be that when you were left a certain amount of data bundles that Vodacom would send you an SMS advising you of that so that you're mindful and do not end up using or losing your airtime but that doesn't happen anymore. So lately I have not been getting these SMSs and as a result of that I have lost hundreds of rands worth of airtime due to my data bundles being depleted and automatically started using airtime to surf the net which is much expensive than using data bundles. Perhaps they can consider what Telkom Mobile does, which is pausing your internet connection as soon as your data bundles are depleted so that customers do not end up losing a lot of airtime. It is understandable with the recent debacle with the Please Call Me guy that the company needs to generate funds to pay him but to do it in this way is just uncalled for.
