No more !!

<p>Previously on Hellopeter we have lodged a complaint against Vodacom. Vodacom rep**** to this complaint with false information which is unacceptable as they are trying to say that it has been resolved when in deed our query and complaint was never resolved. The Ref number from Vodacom on this complaint would be EC-04F7-2C93CK. A lady by the name Cassandra contacted us and gave feedback on our first compalint saying that is was resolved. We were promised that an upgrade consultant will phone us, she did but then had to look into the diff prices concerning the products we were looking at. Up to this date absolutely no other phone call came through to have this order finalized yet Cassandra did promise on Tuesday that the delivery will take place on Friday but again this did not happen. We are now in the process of rather cancelling our two contracts that we wanted to upgrade and will rather safe the money and buy the tablets cash in due course. Our other contracts will also be cancelled as soon as it comes to upgrading such. It is so pathetic that Vodacom basically tried to BS not only the other consumers using this site but also Hellopeter by giving false feedback. We are done!!!!</p>
