No matter what you do you are ignored... this is *******
<p>For TWO years I have asked to me sent a statement (legal requirement)... yet no statement. Phone calls result in promises to send written confirmation.... NOTHING.</p> <p>I have no handset since it has packed up and no connection anymore. yet despite me leaving my email address and mailing them no less than 12 times - NO RESPONSE.</p> <p>How can this be O****!! </p>
