No mail at Vodamail

Dear Sir/Madame,

For the last two weeks, we have been unable to access our Vodamail account.

Most of our personal and financial communication takes place throught this medium.

I've tried the password reset and OTP options - to no avail. I have also left a message at the Contact Centre for help. No one phoned back.

Today, 7 August, I phoned the Customer Care Centre, explained my situation, and was told to hold on.

As happens at most Call Centres, I listened to background music for 10 minutes and then decided to end the call. This seems to be the standard practice to tell a client to hold on, and then to disappear.

Now, why should we want to continue to use Vodamail if this is their atttitude? Vodamail has never been stable and we have personally experienced problems logging on every other week.

So, we have already started to migrate away from Vodamail by using Gmail as an ever stable email service.

Kind regards,

Gargantua.

Good day,
Lucian explained that if one does not use the Vodamail service with a Vodacom-powered connection, it closes the account after two months (I've been using a Wi-Fi connection). He also said that my account was reactivated. I could, however, after several attempts, not access my account. So, I'm back to square one.
Regards,
Gargantua.
