No luck with repairs

I am absolutely and utterly disappointed in Vodacom, Samsung and Ram Couriers. Sent my phone a J1 Ace which is still under warranty in for repairs @ the George Vodacom Repairs store Job number ********** 9 via the store i bought it from on the 1 Dec 2016, I received a message on the 8 Dec 2016 that my phone was ready for collection as the repairs have been done, I went to the store which it had been sent from for collection on 10 Dec 2016 only to find the phone was never reset from the "screen the technician apparently use to work on it", so off the phone went again for repairs. On the 13 Dec 2016 I received a message that Job ********** 1 was booked in for repairs and on the 14 Dec 2016 I received a message it was ready for collection. i went in to collect it on the 19 Dec 2016 @ the store it was sent from only to find out Vodacom George had never sent it back to set store. After many battles with Vodacom George and Ram Couriers i eventually received my phone last night. Only to find it can now not connect to the Vodacom network @ all. Inserted my sim card into another phone and phoned Vodacom Customer Care, they say as the sim card is in perfect working order it must be that the repair was not done correctly and I must send the phone back to George Vodacom Repairs directly which is located 200km from me through a tollgate which charges R45 each way. This morning I spoke to the Repairs branch manager at George Vodacom apparently they installed a new motherboard and for some reason Vodacom has blacklisted some handset which might be why the phone is not able to register with Vodacom. What do you suggest I do as this is the worst service I have ever received and an absolutely shocking brand fail by Vodacom, Samsung & RAM Couriers. I booked the device in for the 3rd time on 26th of December 2016. Job number is ********** 5, as per your request. Still no feedbac****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sick and tired of this horrible service. Either refund me or give me a new phone.
What does the Consumer Protection Act say?
#Brandfail Vodacom
#Brandfail Samsung
