No loyalty from Vodacom

Good day, I have been a loyal paying Vodacom subscriber for a few years now. I have been adversely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in the sense that I have not received any UIF payment or payment from my employer. I have phoned Vodacom, sent emails to various email addresses without any reply or contact from Vodacom. They have also attempted debiting my account which was unsuccessful. Last week I phoned yet again to speak to someone in this regard and was told I would need to make a payment arrangement for 6 months and that my number would be converted to prepaid. Failure to pay as per the arrangement would result in my number being deleted of the system. The airtime balance and data on my account would also apparently be forfeited but I would have to pay for it anyway. My line was barred directly after the call to Vodacom on Tuesday and have been left without communication since. It is Sunday and the phone still cannot phone or do anything. I mentioned to the agent that I am a Type 1 Diabetic and asked what would happen in the event of an emergency but there was no answer. Vodacom will in this event accept any and all liability. 1. When will my line be back on? 2. If the account is to be paid in full, when will I receive my airtime and data that I paid for? 3. The unsuccessful debit order cost of R152 will be paid by Vodacom.

No contact from any agent yet, no attempt from Vodacom to rectify anything . The account has been paid yesterday, when will everything be reinstated and rectified?
