No Loan phones available

I had a cracked iPhone screen that needed to be replaced and went to Vodacare in Sandton City. I was told that the phone would have to be sent in because no repairs are done on site and the phone would be sent to Vodaworld. A loan phone could be available after 7-10 days. The lady in front of me, who needed a different repair was told the same and she left because her phone is required for business reasons - she could not do without it. In the space of 5 minutes there were 2 customers needing a loan phone while theirs was being fixed - surely Vodacom can provide this service - even at a cost?<br> I subsequently went a to a different company and had the screen repaired while I waited....
