No lines working

Bad Service: There a few number to dial to get to Vodacom but not one of them wants to work. The line just goes dead immediately. I have requested a call back and someone did phone back. But they don't read emails cause I requested for the accounts department to phone me. When they put me through the phone rings and cuts out. There is no email that can be send to the accounts department, the chat service is also not available!! PLEASE CAN THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT CONTACT US **********
