No led and was not mentioned I want another cell

Two weeks ago I went into your Woodmead branch to upgrade my cell. I asked the gentleman about the difference between the Samsung S5 and the new Samsung A500. The gentleman did not know and could not explain anything. I clearly toldnhim that he works for Vodacom and knows nothing about the products, he just spoke I his language to a lady called Dumakatso. I asked her whats going on and she says he said he does not the differences between the phones. She began to assist. I asked for the differences between the Samsung S5 and the A500. She mentioned that the A500 is a newer model, steel back and it much more faster. She also said that camera is the only difference. So I took the A500 only to find out a week later that the LED Function does not work. I went back this past Sunday. Spoke to Thabang. He himself did not know why it did not work. He took me to the vodashop and they too did not know. Thabang said go to the Samsung store at woodmead and ask them before i decide to hand the phone in for them to send off. I went down to Samsung only for them to inform me that theA500 does not come with an LED function at all. I was so upset. This should have been told to me upfront.
