No joy with Vodacom Fibre

I am very disappointed in the service i received from Vodacom Fibre. I am struggling since 30 April 2020 to have fibre installed in my property, I have done everything from my side and even got an e-mail with the confirmation that they will install the fibre on 11 May 2020 at 09h00. People who phoned on 11 May 2020 to have fibre installed got it installed the next day on 12 May 2020, When I phone the Vodacom Fibre number *** I was told that it will be escalated and that is where it stops
