No joy trying to get an application completed

App**** online for a contract for my Mom. Its now 8 Days later and still no joy and you claim to have next day delivery? What? is it next day after Christmas? The service is pathetic, you guys have absolutely no idea what is happening in call centres. Over the past 2 days, my mom and I have called easily more than 10 times trying to get an answer but no luck. If this is the kind of service you guys deliver, then it's not really a service then is it?
