no joy from vodacom

Good day<br> <br> my company has over 150 vodacom sim cards and we have a problem , no one at vodacom will give me the vodacom support number so I can follow up with a support call we logged , even when I ask on facebook I keep getting a reply I should send a email and they will look into the problem ..... they refuse to give me the contact number for vodacom so I can follow up on the ticket .
