NO JOY AFTER WAITING TO GET SERVED FOR 45min

After a bad experience at Vodacom 4u Mall@Carnival I thought - give Vodacom another chance another branch... Went to Vodashop - Lakesidemall. Got there staff were helpful and awake, got a ticket for Upgrades A00009, went and took a seat patiently waiting for my turn. After 15min nothing, after 30min nothing. No one advising waiting customers of heavy volumes or delays. After 45min I went to the guy with the tshirt on saying ask me about the S6. I asked what the holdup was, and his reply was why don't you go to Chatz - they are less busy???? What a response. Well Cell C, MTN and even Telkom are looking pretty good right now! Vodacom after ten years of contracts you have lost a client, that's for sure....
