No invoices or statement receiving to my email

Good Day,<br> <br> I have sent an email to vodacom querying my statements and I haven't receive any reply. I am not receiving my statement to my email since 2 months...i use to receive accurately before. reason i am complaining here is vodacom services have become worst these days and they have sent an email regarding price increase but not my statements which is irritating me. please send my statements asap or else i will spread this word to all my social network.
